Photo dump from my recent long distance trip to Nova Scotia and New Brunswick (roughly 2300mi/3700km). Not at all in any order whatsoever.

Bay St. Lawrence, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia

Looking directly south from Bay St. Lawrence.

One of the numerous switchbacks on the Cabot Trail

La Bloc Beach, Cape Breton, NS

La Bloc Beach, Cape Breton, NS

Just past La Bloc Beach, NS

Roads were not ideal in most of the places we went, I wish I had a Unimog in those instances...

My dog wondering why I am out of the car just after crossing over the Canso Causeway.

I quite like a dirty car.

Bugs are not dirt though! Glad I didn't have to declare this organic matter on the way back through the border crossing.

Normally I'd be freaking out about how dirty the car is but it looks so right with weathering.

Quite glad I have PPF.

Some rocks collecting in the lower vent.

One of the few times I didn't mind having the Pirellis. Can't wait to switch out to Michelins soon.

Looking at Cape Split.

Not high mileage by any means but we hit 30,000miles on this trip.

Poor picture without the lighthouse but this was at West Quoddy Head, Lubec, Maine -- Easternmost Point in the USA.

Comfy pooch.

CAT Ferry from Bar Harbor, ME to Yarmouth, NS -- nice Cayenne e-hybrid was also on the same boat. Dog not amused.

WOW! That’s awesome. Sweet ride to experience that trip. I love that region of North America and you took a proper ride - Turbo ST - got dirty too! Thank you for sharing. Doggy looks quite comfy too

We recently took a mini road trip, albeit starting in FL, up to Porsche Experience Center/Atlanta, then up to Tail of the Dragon, Asheville, Savannah, and back home. Our puppy stayed home but our daughter had a blast, as did the adults. Gts ST was the perfect platform to put fast-miles on with the family - either bombing down the highway or carving curvy roads in the mountains. Performed admirably and looked good doing it.

Surprise!! We pulled up on a Mama bear and her two cubs on the Biltmore estate.

Not bad for a weeks + drive

This was the worst of it. Our youngest daughter did great but somehow managed to sneak some cheez-it’s into the he little fort she built for the trip. I didn’t see these until we returned home….

Beautiful spec! I love seeing other owners take these cars out for long journeys. I would absolutely recommend going up to Nova Scotia for anyone else who is even thinking about it. Thanks for sharing as well, @911C2R

We were down in Asheville in mid October 2022 and the foliage was beautiful but no bears on the way into Biltmore. I didn't think about convincing the wife to make the pilgrimage to Porsche Atalanta, though we did end up flying down this past April to do the driving experience. Now that I think about it, October 2022 was a lot of seat time for us in the car, we did the Kancamangus Highway in New Hampshire earlier that month.

September 2021, we were headed to Roanoke, VA and took Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway. We stayed overnight at Skyland just off Skyline Drive within Shenandoah National Park --our "halfway" point from Boston. We made a point to visit Duncan Imports over in Christiansburg, VA --highly recommend getting lost in their warehouses and you can bring the cars home if you want; amazing selection of JDM but there are a lot of gems there with low mileage and typically only one previous owner. That month was also a lot of long drives, we overshot Boston on the way back and went to Portland, ME to stay overnight and catch a show.

We had to detour off the Blue Ridge Parkway, NC-80S is really a 1.5 lane road thankfully no other cars were encountered while I slipped over the middle line in some of those tight turns.

Blue Ridge Parkway.

Stayed clean... I do always travel with cleaning essentials.

Here's a random interior photo of car seats 3 across in our new ST! They fit better than expected but I can't wait to turn the middle one around haha.

Old school 2012 970 Turbo S. One of the things, when I picked up this car many years ago, was the Sports Appearance package. I had been looking for a GTS and then kind of got the best of both worlds. Still rolling strong with just over 100k miles.
