I have an 18 4s Panamera. I had the same issue. I would turn ignition off, wait a few minutes and restart. sometimes issue went away, others not. So I took a photo of the message as it appears on my dash screen and took it to dealer. It is covered under warranty, but they needed a part from Germany so it took a week or so, used their loaner. They fixed if free of charge.
