I just bought tires for mine. Vote goes to Michelin Pilot Sport 4S.

I put on a set of the 4s on my GTS prior to my last trackday, and I have been impressed not only with their performance on track, but their performance in day to day use. I find them to be quieter than my previous Super Sports and they feel a little more comfortable as well (not at harsh as the SS's sometimes felt).

My 4S came with a set of MICHELIN Pilot Sport A/S 3+'s I'm quite happy with them so far.
In the dry they stick quite nicely and are very quiet and comfortable.

Haven't tried them in the rain or snow yet.

Have to agree with these observations and sentiment. I have had Michelin Pilot Super Sports, Continental Extreme Contact Sports, and the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S on my cars over the years. While the newer Contis were better than the old Super Sports (for ride, quiet, rain and straight line grip). the new Michelin 4S trump both of those, easily, and combine the handling grip of the old Super Sports with a lot more civility. Get them and you will not regret the investment.

I think the pilot sport AS are just fantastic tires. Its hard to beat pilot sport anything really. They are just fantastic tires.

I was also very impressed with Hankook EVO which are a better price point to be honest. I had those on my RS7. They are a better value and give you 99% of the pilot grip honestly.

The DWS all seasons are also good, but I've heard they get flaky in rain and cold conditions after the first "layer" of their special all season tread is gone.

The pilot sport A/S 3+ is a great tire, but there is a lot left on the table compared to a supersport or a 4S. I've tracked both the A/S 3 and the super sports and it's a night and day difference

I guess I missed the part about they track being the priority. That being the case id have separate wheels and something more aggressive than pilot sports!

I just threw the track info in there for reference since I had direct experience with both tires. Didn't mean to cause any confusion
