So.... A Testarossa does the hippity dippity with a 458. Then that offspring does the wild thing with an Evora and you have that.

Where's the poll option for, "no, I have not seen it yet"?
I'll reserve judgement until we get a good look at it when it's unveiled on the 18th, but there's nothing in that crappy image that I find offensive. A little boring, perhaps, for a mid-engine design, but not ugly.

Ferrari-ish from the front; Camaro from the rear. Yawn.
I'll take a new Speedster (of course it's going to cost about $275,000) or a GT3, thank you.

A combination of Ferrari performance and Camaro build quality pretty much sums up what a Corvette is, doesn't it? With pricing closer to the Camaro than the Ferrari.Originally Posted by Peter Zimmermann

Yeah; and will it go into LIMP mode randomly after overheating?Originally Posted by Akunob

Now if GM could only make a nice interior.

no, but I recently saw quite a few Vette drivers at a trackday. If the age of those drivers was representative of the average owner, the Corvette is doomed.

Looking forward to the C8 reveal, but it looks like an ugly car. What is going on with that wing? I can't see how it provides any downforce and the shape with the middle of it curving down is just odd.
Anyway, I'm sure it will be a performance bargain. I'm guessing 7:20 Ring time in base trim and it will be sub 7:00 in Z06 form. It will handily beat the 718 GT4 in laptimes, but that's true today. I'm not even sure if the 718 GT4 is faster than a C7 Grand Sport.
Lots of great choices today! GT500 is an absolute monster and in the same price range.
