Hope all is well, curious if there are any Pcar owners in and around Newport RI that maybe interested in getting together. I am selling my home in Ma and moving to Newport full time and hoping to pull together a nice group of auto enthusiasts in the area. Plan is to set up some meet and rides, group events, cars and coffee meets etc in and around Newport RI area.

I have had a great pleasure meeting some local Ma owners over the past few months organizing some local meets. But as my time draws to a close in Ma (will be here for a bit longer but not past 09) I figured I would try and pull together another group together in another state where i will be full time sooner then later......please PM me direct if interested. If anyone is aware if any such existing groups in that area please let me know would greatly apprecaite it. Thanks

I am in Sharon, MA, but I come to RI all the time, at least once a week. Newport is about an hour and change away.

Looks like we have 5 takers thus far, not a bad start. I know of another Pcar owner in town and sure can hunt down a few others. Lets see if we can recruit any others and then set up a meet and ride for a sunday maybe end of Sept?

This is a stupid irrelevant question but did you by any chance visit St, Andrews school in Barrington last year? There was a car just like yours that was parked in our gym parking lot and i couldn't help but stare at it. Absolutely gorgeous.

Any P car owners up for a meet and ride tomorrow Sunday Nov 11/8 Newport meerting.... we can stay local and if ambitious there is a Porsche Meet and Ride in Ma (prime Porsche at 2pm) in Norwood, also photo shoot later that day... plus dealer letting people that go test drive new porsche 997.2 with PDK.... could be a fun day....

Since I live about 15-20 minutes from Prime, I might just head over there directly from home. Hope to see some of you there. Please introduce yourselves to me.
