I am the same person. It did work, but I found that using a knock off tial worked better as I could use it in single port mode and use teh different tial springs to best suit what I wanted. You can pick them up on ebay for around 75. I went with the 40mm and it bolted right up to the crossover. There is modification needed to hook to teh exhaust.
