Hi, am interested in your RSR/Cup Heater Fan Delete Kit. A few questions..

. I live in Malaysia, do you fed-ex parts over here ?
. Someone asked about the multiple holes in the top plate. Is there a reason why they are there other than the one for the distrubutor vent ?
. What is the bottom plate for ?
. I just want to make sure there will be no impact to my A/C system if I do this. Living in Malaysia, I have zero need for heating, but lots of need for A/C..
