Long version:

As a longtime Porsche enthusiast (930 turbo, 997 GT3, 981 Spyder) this may be the best road going car of them all. I'm only selling as | just purchased a 993, and a Ferrari F355. I promised my wife l'd sell a few cars and I need to free up space. I've written everything I can think of that a new owner will want to know. If I've missed something please ask. I'm the 3rd owner. I bought this car from Porsche West Broward 6/2023 as a CPO car through 5/2025. This car was local and known to them from new: The first owner bought from Porsche West Broward and traded back in with 407 miles. The second owner was local and also traded in to Porsche West Broward with 11,202 miles.

I've put 1200 great miles on the car-mostly on a Labor Day weekend trip up to Jackson WY and into Teton NP. Epic!

# During CPO the rear brakes were in spec but close to needing replacement. I requested that be done prior to taking possession along with fluids

# Clean Carfax without any accident history, etc

# Good DME report run at purchase with only range 1 (135 ignitions @ 17 and 232.47 hours) and 2 (43 @ 230.96 hours).

# Clean Wyoming title in hand with no liens

# Small, 2" paint crease visible to right of license plate where bumper flexed against support bracket. This happened during shipping as date stamped pre and post delivery pictures show. My neighbor signed for the bill of lading and missed it (we were on vacation). Will be easy fix but I will leave for new owner to do at their preferred body shop. (Living in Casper Wyoming, there is no one local I would feel comfortable doing this work).

# It threw an error code (okay to drive) something to do with fuel or emission system. I bought a scanner on Amazon to read and discussed with Porsche service tech —apparently not sure if it had to do with going from sea level to elevation (6-7k feet), the metal look gas cap or something else. This will obviously be covered under CPO I just didn't have time to make trip to dealer before putting up for this winter's storage.

#I'm very OCD and otherwise find no flaws. This car will thrill its new owner.

# Car had fuel stabilizer run through it, cleaned and covered on trickle charger in garage for winter. They are rolling it to ensure no flat spots develop on tires.

I just bought cars 8 and 9 last week and yesterday (I know). They will be getting delivered in the next 2ish weeks and I HAVE to make room. I only have room to garage our daily drivers. This T and the other other cars are in a commercial garage in town. They are also out of space.

Payment: Wire preferred, certified funds, check. All funds must clear. No trades needed.

Transport: Car is garaged in Casper Wyoming (82601). It can be hard to find shippers interested in picking up cars here especially in winter. The roads can be treacherous and unless they have a delivery to Jackson they are going several hundred miles out of their usual routes. I MAY be able to coordinate delivery to Denver area if driver bringing my new cars is able and obviously if sale completed by then.
