Well, the time has come to sell my 2012.5 C2S. This is hard decision as I absolutely love the car but I'll be buying a house this summer, and one of them has to go. 
I purchased it in July of 2020 with 36k and have put just over 11k in 2.5 years. The car was bone stock with no signs of track time. I have never tracked the car either, but I did make a trip up to the dragon in October of 2020.

The car is 8.5/10, very very clean with no accidents. The only areas of damage are some rock chips on the clear bra (post 2) and a scratch on the rear bumper (will upload a pic shortly). The interior is very well kept with no tears, and I recently had the leather treated. Clutch still has plenty of life left and the transmission feels great. Engine pulls strong, albeit loud with the vales open. The car is kept indoors and see's very little rain as I only put about 350miles a month on her. 

I understand that I would make more parting this out, but i do want to try and sell it as is first. If I don't have much interest, I will return to stock and list it for 80k.

THE GOOD:
VERY good example.. its been garaged and washed regularly. Spends almost no time in the rain or sitting in direct sunlight. 
Brakes have a ton of life left
Tires are still good 
Clutch is strong
The front seems to have had PPF on it for a while, so the paint under is close to new. 
The PPF on the side (rear fender) was replaced last year
The interior leather was funny conditioned and cleaned last year and is overall in very good condition
No lights
All maintenance is up to date

THE BAD:
Some rocks have penetrated the clear bra, so it needs replacing within the next year
Some scrapes on the bottom of the front lip
The side of the driver seat (where your butt would rub getting in /out) shows signs of wear
Small scratch (that was filled in with touch up paint) on the rear bumper.. very hard to see in pics as its all white.
