We are good to go all and I will be ordering them for sure! I replied via email to all that contacted me that way and I would appreciate being sent payment, to help cushion the big charge I will be making. As soon as they arrive I will post here and include instructions again for removing the trim ring from your existing steering wheel. I have done it 3 times already, in 2 Porsches and my G Wagen so rest assured that if you take your time you will be able to remove it easily and wind up with a custom-looking steering wheel.

Hello all. I know I said I would order them Friday, which is tomorrow; however, I have only received payments from 3 people so I will not order them until I get payment from those that said they want them, or at least most of them. As I said, I am paying for these first, and if everyone that said they want one pays I will still have about 20 remaining to sell so I am taking a chance here. I already have mine so I am only doing this to help people out since I am not making money. I have been here long enough so most may know me, or know about me, but if not my eBay ID is viperbob if you want to check me out (100% positive for almost 20 years). When I get enough payments I will order and let everyone know.

Those that have committed, least you can do is do a friends PayPal transfer to Bob.

$110 USD for Porsche owners should not even be a question, more so when a RL Community Team Moderator is taking his personal time and effort to help RLs with this.

Thanks, and I do not mind doing this but I still do not want to bug people that said they wanted one. I will send out reminders to those that have not paid and since the weekend is coming I want to give everyone a chance on what is hopefully a day or two off!

Just a quick update to let everyone know that the order has been placed. I do not have an idea of when they will arrive though since the place I bought them from has to get them from the manufacturer before they can ship them to me, and we all know that while supply chain problems have improved there are still delays; however, I was told that it should not take more than a few weeks to arrive.

I was able to get commitments for 16 of the 30 I had to buy so if anyone else is interested email me to reserve one (or more!): blackbirdbobz@gmail.com

Thanks, glad to help everyone. I was able to participate in several group buys in the past and this is my way of returning the favor. And I am already collecting shipping boxes so I can get them out right after I receive them - no thin envelopes this time! But this time it is the entire cover so I need to use a box assuring that they will arrive safely.
