Description:

I'm looking for a set of 19" wheels for my 992 GT3. I'm open to any brand as long as the fitment is right and they are strong enough to handle track abuse. New or Used.
9.5" front and 12" in the rear. (or similar).
Car has Carbon Ceramic Brakes.

19” wheels barely fit around the OEM Steel brakes. They’re going to be even closer or touching the slightly larger PCCB setup. You’ll want to go 20’s or swap your brake setup.

Try www.litespeedracing.com. They can make a set of custom wheels with your specifications for less than your max price.
I don't know if you're going to be able to clear the CCBs with 19" wheels. They are HUGE! You may have to go with 20" at a minimum. If you can get him a cross section drawing for clearance, he would be able to tell you what would fit.
