This is a repost of my original advertisement. I am unable to edit the original advertisement. I have reduced the price to $139,000. I'll sell the Forgelines and Pirelli DH takeoffs separately. Also, break-in miles on the DeMan 4.5L are now complete, Rick has viewed pre- and post- break-in data logs and is satisfied the motor is running well. Original advertisement is here, along with a lot of discussion if anybody is interested:
I’ve decided to sell my 2016 Cayman GT4 in Carmine Red. I am the original owner. The car has never been in an accident. This car has the full DeMan 4.5L transformation:
DeMan 4.5L motor
Lightweight flywheel and clutch
DeMan 2-5 short gear set
DeMan LSD
DeMan half cage
Cobb AccessPort
In addition to the DeMan treatment, there are a number of other changes intended to improve your track experience:
Cargraphic headers with the cat replacement pipe (I only used the cats once)
Wheel stud kit
Brake caliper stud kit
Carbon fiber gurney flap
Carbon fiber dive planes
Front bump steer tie rods, adjustable caster pucks, caster plates
Rear toe links
Tarett GT4 spring upgrade kit, 448/560 (I still have stock springs)
Brembo Type 3 rotors (I still have the stock rotors)
The windshield was replaced while the car was at DeMan, and I removed the old PPF and had new XPEL Ultimate installed on the front of the car and rockers. The platinum street wheels have Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires with plenty of life left in them. Of course, I have the original certificate of authenticity, laminated monroney sheet, and records and receipts of every bit of work, every alignment, every oil change, etc. ever performed on the car. I even have the toy steering wheel Porsche sent out to keep those who had ordered the car entertained until their cars arrived.
Car has approximately 20,000 miles on it now that break-in is completed. Two complete sets of Forgeline GS1R wheels (19x9, 19x10.5) in pearl grey with Pirelli DH takeoffs (265 fronts & 305 rears) are available for sale separately.
Why selling? I'm #2 on a list for a GT4 RS and feel my chances at an allocation are good.
UPDATE: This car can be made into a better street car if desired. Put the original springs back in, re-align the car to a little more front toe, less front and rear camber, change the brake pads to a more street-oriented pad, and put the cats back into the Cargraphic headers.

I can't DM you Trevor. Please DM me when your Rennlist account is sorted out.
On paper, this should be better than a GT4 RS, no?
this is the ultimate manual Porsche imo. Gt4 rs being pdk is in a different bracket of cars for me since you can’t get a manual . On top of the fact that getting one is next to impossible or would cost 250k
Why hasn't someone bought this yet? Seems like a great car and good value.
Interest has definitely picked up after I reduced the price to $139K. Lots of tire kickers and several people seriously considering it. For those wondering, the CarFax price on the car (assuming no mods) is $97,500; the motor and drivetrain mods from DeMan were $47,780 and it's essentially a new installation, barely past break-in. So for all those people thinking of picking up a GT4 and doing it themselves, you'd be into it about $145K. On top of that, my hope is that the cage, completely rebuilt brakes, new windshield, new PPF, all the alignment bits, etc. are attractive and represent value to a potential buyer. That, and the fact that this car is already dialed in and ready to go!

Please stop doing such a good job at making this sound irresistible. 🤣 I need it to still be here when I'm ready after I finish this work project. 😀
Honestly shocked this hasn't sold yet, free bump to you sir. If it was any other color I would've sold my 981 GT4 and picked this up and called it a day
What’s the warranty situation with the engine mod? Factory warranty obviously voided. Any experience with reliability issues from others who have had this done? Would be good to know you’re not without some protection
