I’m selling my extremely well spec’d 997 Carrera s that I bought in 2019 from a great owner in California who was the second owner, his brother was the first. When I bought the car it came with a hand written letter and a $1000 bottle of bourbon my first Pcar experience what a start if only they all came with bourbons (btw this car does not come with bourbon I’m currently buying a Spyder the only car I think worthy enough to supersede this 997. This car is what a lot of Porsche enthusiasts call the holy grail of “obtainable” 997 Specs, Gt Silver metallic with Blk/terra cotta interior rarely ever seen and looks cool! The car is in extremely good condition DO NOT let the miles fool you! I’ve had at least 5 people come up to me who thought it was a brand new 911 no kidding and it drives that way too. The car has $22,000 in factory options and another $23000 in tasteful aftermarket market exterior/Interior upgrades and $7000 was spent on preventive maintenance items since my ownership.  The car has a small paint blemish where the front gt3 bumper vent meets the bumper see pics. Car runs and drives fantastic always garaged since new never had any issues. I always did preventative maintenance on common 997 issues before any problems arose. The car has never had any engine mods done it’s completely stock no accidents, no bumps, no repaint, clean history, clean car fax. The exterior and interior have extensive mods done themed with the 997 Sport Classic/GT3 touring in mind. Without any of the mods the car is worth around 42k in the shape it’s in. I can sell all my mods for 1/2 the price at minimum that’s about $10500. So price is really fair with no wiggle room boys and girls.
