I just came very close to buying a similar car, lacking a critical option, Sport Exhaust, a necessary option if you want to keep the noise down, or upIn doing my research, days and days, I concluded that for the money and performance, the 3.8 997.2 provides the most value for the money. $65,000? That's a steal.
I sort of talked myself out of buying a car at this time due to an impending move, yuk. I have too much going on now. But if that were not the case, I'd be on as plane to Memphis with a cashiers check. This car is incredible, 2 owner, Clean CARFAx, damn, and no Black exterior.

Thanks Martin!
I agree with what you said about the sports exhaust being essential but with the exhaust and sports mode and suspension the car essentially has 4 modes:
1. normal nothing on stock sounding exhaust normal pdk shifts
2. sports exhaust on: louder overall but not any more agressive
3. sports mode + exhaust: more aggressive shifts, sports exhaust is loud with burbles and pops on downshifts
4. sports plus pdcc: track mode with most aggressive shifts (PDK shifts at redline)
It's not very often you find a car optioned with the exact spec you would build yourself. This is my unicorn. The timing is off for me or I would be in Memphis already.

Best of luck with the sale!
Dave, your message makes me rethink listing it! haha, thanks
It's definitely got all the usable features and makes it a sweet spot for the price and model.
A STOP SELL order was recently issued by PCANA for all PDK models with Sports Chrono (7) speed. As a result, you can't buy a Porsche with Sports Chrono from a Porsche dealer. I just got a 991 lacking Sports Chrono. It was my lucky day.
Wow $75k for a 2012 with 40k miles? I think that is well over market. Maybe fair for a 2014 but not a 2012 which are quite a bit lower in my market analysis. Best of luck.
