I have owned this car since summer of 2015 (bought with 46.5K miles via Sam at ByDesign) and am selling because I rarely use the car and can't stand to watch it sit in my garage unused any longer. It needs to go to someone that will use it as intended.
Shortly prior to me taking ownership it had many of the mods listed above installed along with a full engine-out maintenance including securing all coolant lines, new coils/plugs, coolant, brake rotors/pads/fluid, fuel filter, new Michelin PSS tires, TPMS, alignment, and other odds/ends. Since taking ownership I have completed several oil changes, changed air/pollen filters, changed the battery, replaced the fuel pump, and made a variety of minor aesthetic changes to the interior and exterior. The car runs and shows great and would serve awesome as a daily/regular use car. It has no known mechanical/electrical issues, leaks, etc. I completed a full paint correction and OptiCoat application, including the wheels, in late 2017. The car's windows are moderately tinted.
Overall, the car does have some typical wear (paint chips touched up, small pits on windshield, some "sand rash" on lower rockers, some marks on interior panels etc.) that you might expect for a 997 with 50K+ miles. The car has no history of accidents or repaint. I do have the Carfax from when I bought the car, 2 sets of keys (997.2 shells with VIN-engraved leather keychains), full owner's manual, and other odds and ends. Please ask and I will provide whatever additional information I can.
I am located in Orange County, CA and happy to arrange a viewing and a pre-purchase inspection, if desired, within a reasonable distance. PM me if interested and we can go from there.
Please no trade offers, tire-kickers, or joy riders!
**9/13 Update -- additional pictures added including DME Scans (before I bought it and current), some logging of maintenance/services, engine pictures, etc. I have also attached the Carfax scan I had done before I purchased it.**

LOL -- complacence? So, in April of this year I had to SMOG the car and reverted back to OEM exhaust. I planned on swapping the Kline back on after but was actually not all that disappointed with the stock exhaust note. So, I left it on. When I decided to sell the car I toyed with the idea of putting the exhaust back on but decided on selling the Kline independent of the car. The next owner can leave as-is and keep the neighbors happy or toss on a new exhaust of their choice (I've seen used Kline's for as low as $1500). Good news is all turbo/exhaust studs are in great shape with new copper nuts/washers as well as copper anti-seize. So, a future swap should be drama free.

I have updated the original post to include a snapshot of the DME from just prior to me purchasing and what it is currently. The car has been tuned for some time (current is GIAC but it had a tune before that as well) and was definitely driven with enthusiasm in the past. As you can see, I have put over 500 hours on it since purchase with basically no change to the DME.
I have had no engine-related mechanical or electrical problems. I did have the fuel pump replaced as there was a code (no CEL) as well as a burned out fuse from the time that I purchased it. The 997.1TT has 2 fuel pumps and there was no perceptible decrease in performance but I had it swapped out anyways. No code any longer.
