Beautiful, both the color and trim combination. PTS? If so, how much time does it add to the order? Will look for it in Scottsdale in latter part of December

Are you sure you don't mean Sapphire Blue? My SB Macan hit port on Wed., we're hoping for delivery (to me) by next Fri. or Sat.
I was at the dealership yesterday and they had a SB 997 Cab on display, looked good.

Didn't BMW have a Maritime Blue at one time?

I'm also curious how you got the powers-that-be to sanction Maritime Blue on a Macan. I'm not doubting you (ok, maybe a tiny bit jealous) but all the reports I've heard say PAG and PCNA won't budge on PTS for the Macan yet. (I feel like I need another acronym here.)

The picture above is 'Sapphire Blue' since it is from the online Porsche configurator.

I tried the configurator and noticed the same thing. There's still a kernel of hope in me that believes he got Porsche to PTS his Macan. Don't smash my dreams, k?

I have to wonder if the SB looks the same in real life, since I have found that the configurator doesn't represent some colors very accurately (such as Rhodium silver, which looks almost white on the configurator). Subtle changes could make a real difference in the look.

I'm no techy on why, but someone once told me the representation of colours on computer screens is often very different from real world colour representations.

Not to mention all the differences which are caused by the type of light you are seeing the colour under, the curves and lines of the painted object, personal perceptions, what is parked next to the object... and on and on.

Too many variables to say for sure till you see it in person.

Wow, best looking Macan so far. So much better than the boring white and black (no offense to the people who bought white or black Macans.)

Please post pics when it arrives. How did you spec it out? Those wheels look great. That color makes the side blade look good, which is practically impossible.

SB does not look like the configurator. Take a look at an SB 911 or Boxster or Cayman in a dealer lot.
