Does iCarsoft work on 2024?
Looking for a tool that can work for servicing my 2024 GTS as well as my wife's 2018 Q5 but I've read various posts about iCarsoft not recognizing Porsche cars past 2020 year model. Is this true? ICarsoft website doesn't mention this. In fact they simply say something like "most 2000 and newer cars",
So what is everyone using to reset service reminders like oil changes? Battery replacements? Bleeding brakes?

Before I bought mine I emailed iCarsoft from their website and asked them which version would work on my cars - a 2018 911 and a 2021 Macan (Base). They got right back to me.
So far haven't connected the POR V3.0 to the Macan but it works well on the 911.

I wouldn't waste any time with iCarsoft. The support is dismal at best. I have a CRMAX and it's barely useable with our Macan and useless for the Cayman. I did get an OTOFIX and it works very well.

I have a multi-car CR PRO, I think (or maybe CR MAX too? Need to check), that has the V2.0 software version, and worked perfectly to reset the service warning, and code a new battery on the '18 Macan Sport Edition. But haven't tried it on the '22 GTS. I'll try it when the warning comes up, but it should be in close to a year, as it was recently CPOd.

You probably know this already, but for the Q5, OBD Eleven works very well. I used it regularly to program various custom functions on my 2018 MY. It is a dongle and fits easily in the glove box. Sadly, there is no Porsche equivalent.

Yeah, the VW / Audi products have such better aftermarket support compared to Porsche. I've used Vag-Com for years on my VW's and Audi's and now with OBD Eleven being almost as powerful as Vag-Com, it almost makes Vag-Com pointless for 90% of the community. I just need 1 device that will work for all my vehicles.

I've been successful with those two features, but what really chaffed me was a recent issue. I did the transfer case service and went to reset the wear integrators, navigated to the AWD/ Transfer case/ Wear integrator and could see the value, but could not reset it. I emailed iCarsoft and the contact asked for my VIN so I sent back screen shots of my navigation through the software along with the session logs and my VIN. I didn't hear back for 3 weeks. I was told to update my software and try again. It is still the same no go situation. I sent an email back to iCarsoft and haven't heard anything in weeks. Three days after doing the work I ordered the OTOFIX unit and was able to reset the wear integrators. It's galling to be able to see the value with the CRMAX, but not be able to reset it.
