So I am/was looking for a Paint to Sample Macan GTS allocation.
My local dealer (Michigan) said he has a 2025 GTS for December delivery, but it seems like the PTS is closed for 2025 Macans.
He said there is no option for PTS to select on his build system.
Just wondering if anyone has any news for the PTS window this year.
I get the impression it's a real pain for the factory; it was available in 2016 when made first enquiry but by the time i went in to place the order it was NLA.
I didn't do any treatment after the wrap but probably worth asking your local who'll be doing the job.
There are loads of different colours and companies making the wrap; this one was a Scotch which seems to be wearing well.
I budgeted on changing after five years six years ago and i'm trying find an excuse to go for another wrap as the car's been great apart from a couple of speed sensors; only GBP30 each so not a biggie.
Yeah was thinking about that. Do you wrap it and then do a PPF on the warp? Or is there a wrap that has robust protection like the PPF?
Nice color btw
There is color changing PPF material now. I haven't seen it in person but like most 2-in-1 products, I would expect some compromises. There is now also very thick vinyl wrap material that looks almost as slick as paint that can take PPF over it. The one brand that comes to my mind is Inozetek. You will have to interview various installers in your area to get their take and experience in installation of the various products.
I have 2023 Macan GTS in Gulf Blue with 10K miles that I am thinking about selling... Let me know if you have any interest.
Hey man, I did PM you about the macan you have. I don’t if you saw the message. If you were annoyed, I apologized about that. Please let me know if you are still thinking about selling the macan, thank you!

The colored wraps do not offer the same protection of the clear wraps. I like SunTec compounded by a full ceramic coating.
