lights in the trunk area

The puddle lights I purchased are replacement logo puddle lights that just snap in as direct replacements. They project the word "PORSCHE" on the ground. Is this what you are looking for? If so, there are lots of aftermarket ones available at about 1/3 the price of OEMs, which are available at Delaware and Suncoast, etc. I am not sure if the OEMs project a better beam, but I am very satisfied with the aftermarket versions I put in.

Delaware sent me the following so I'm going to keep the original ones and wear galoshes.
We don't show any other options for a brighter bulb. The only part number we have is the OEM lights. Part number is 958-632-411-00.

The real problem is

Thanks for this tip! It saved me a lot of time and frustration. The updated (6 LED) trunk lights make a huge difference.
Does anyone know if these same LEDs can be used to replace the dim lights in the driver and front passenger foot-wells?

Good tip. I should have read this before I tried installing mine.I couldn't snap back the housing all the way -- it left a little gap at one end, so I just put both lamp modules back in with the slight gap. I'll remove them and push back the black ferrure and see if the housing snaps together. Thanks for the tip.
