4x Error Free White Footwell Lights

These worked great. It's funny because when you pull out the housing for the lights, there is an Audi logo on them.

I got the bulbs you suggested and with your photos, it took about 5 minute to replace the bulbs and the result is TERRIFIC!
Now I'm goin to see if I can do this with the Porsche light that shows up on the street when I open the doors.

It's easy. trim tool to remove the light, disconnect the harness and replace with new puddle light version. Another 5 mins job.

Well, I just gotta say that it was a BEAR for me to install those little boards. For the life of me, I could not get the clear part to snap back to the black part. I eventually got them back together, but it was not a piece of cake.

Contrast that to installing the Porsche logo puddle lights. Nothing to that! Pull the light out with your finger nail or credit card, disconnect the lead and plug in the new light. Easy as pie!

The magic of viral marketing! (I have no knowledge of nor association with the seller).

Great find though. It was not stated for Macan in their listing.

For future trunk light moders, this seems like exact same one ships from US.
Let's get them sold out. haha.

If you choose to buy these, might be prudent to double-check their soldering work..

Red circle is a part of the product listing, not added by me. I'm referring to the 75ohm resistor

Important safety tips when ordering from China:

1) Never buy batteries whose brand names contain the word "Fire"
2) Always check the soldering
3) You tend to get what you pay for, as always

Pro tip (having just installed mine): push back the black plastic ferrule that goes between the two pins. That's what kept the housing from snapping back together in my case.

Definitely a worthwhile mod but the instructions could be a lot better.

Interesting…the boards I received had that ferrule correctly placed. Maybe a QA issue or they moved in shipping.

Which are the puddle lights I need to get? The extra ones I have that I used for the "trunk" I could not get to fit and I don't think are what is needed for the puddle lights, as least as far as I could tell.
