I'd imagine a good paint-less dent repair guy would be able to get that out with minimal "wrinkles" left over
Material wise, I would guess steel based on the location but these might help to figure out.

EDIT--> The magnet STICKS! It's Steel. (I even remembered to use a cloth in between so not to scratch anything more. Look at me . I'm wicked Smaht)
