False, your statement is only correct for naturally aspirated engines.

- cylinder pressure is the same regardless of altitude
- aside from the slightly higher RPM required to achieve the same cylinder pressure due to decreased compressor efficiency compressing lower density air at altitude
- intake air temperature will be higher at altitude due to the compressor having to spin at a higher RPM to achieve the same charge side air density

Recommendation is the same for a multitude of Performance cars and the answer has been the same from all the Manufacturers I sold, 91 is perfectly fine and the 93 Octane is what was used to meet the max HP rating. Not sure why folks are still wondering about whether it is an Ethanol mix, that has not been an issue for any make for Decades.
