The "road noise" has always bothered me need more info about the insulating glass
one other "bother" is the fan noise from the heat/a/c
Mine was a 2023 CPO that came with it but if I ordered one I would have chosen the option since it's only around $900. I had a Mercedes GLE before this that had a lot of wind noise and a whistling rear view mirror so this is a very welcome feature. Per Porsche it
has two layers of glass with a thermal shield between them and the difference is not small.
