For the last few years I've owned a 992S and Cayenne E-Hybrid. I love both but would rather own a single car. I enjoyed the 992 but just don't get many opportunities to drive it. The Cayenne is awesome but if I'm going with one vehicle I'd prefer a Macan GTS. I got a good price for the 992 at an SL dealership and will sell the Hybrid when I receive the Macan, scheduled for 7/1.

I happened to walk into my dealership last week when they had an allocation on a GTS about to expire. The market here has softened so I got MSRP. My build below is now locked. I specced Dolomite Silver even though I wanted Papaya. We have a big problem with vandalism in this area particularly higher end cars in bright colors. The go-to paint and body shops have long waits due to the vandalism. Also, I usually get Silver cars because, well, if any of you are also autistic you might understand. :-)

'23 Macan GTS arrived at port (San Diego ?) last week (April 11). Waiting now for the app/email alert to say it's on the way to dealership (to be a 1-day transit).

'23 Macan GTS entering production next week and pending confirmation/approval of Euro delivery in Zuffenhausen. Swiss Alps tour planned. We'll see if it happens.

Congrats! Mine enters production April 28th with a Leipzig pick up date of July 18th!

We got the last allocation for the MY 2023 GTS. 😬 our SA saved us $4K and I’ll take it!
this is our first Porsche and it’s for my wife. We aren’t interested in 7000 pounds of battery sliding across the freeways so the Macan EV is out.

I am getting my wife a Macan T, to go with my Carrera T. We are both very excited. Although I think it’s mainly me excited for both cars lol.

Saw it in person today for the first time. Touched it. Drove it.
Laughed at the $660 leather visors with deviating stitching I selected. LOL!

Couldn't buy it.

No Burnmeister amp installed (even though it was just built, and shipped, and came off the damn Porsche boat). So now I wait......

Wife's 23 GTS is officially in process. Didn't realize Burmester Amp was an issue. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

23 GTS arrived at the Jacksonville port aboard Sunshine Ace just the other day. I’m waiting on the update to come though on the Porsche side but I know the ship has unloaded because I can see it headed to another destination now on the vessel tracking website.

Disappointed to hear people have been having delays related to the Burmeister amp - I would be in that camp also if that’s the case, but I haven’t heard anything yet.

The wait is killing me!!
