I ordered the same unit you got. Booted right up. It seems a little slow. I'm wondering if that is the wireless connection. I will keep testing it. Pinch zoom didn't work on waze like you mentioned.
For those that went fullscreen, do you miss the Porsche mini nav on the right? I have a 2021 Cayenne Turbo.

Update: I was able to verify that I do have Apple Carplay on my 2019 PCM5, connected an iPhone and CarPlay came up, but I guess there is something different about the CarPlay software in an early 2019 PCM5 (Dec 2018 build), that is incompatible with the Ottocast U2-X Pro and the Smart World Company CP-AA adapters. And yes, at the time I was trying the adapters, I used the PCM Device Manager to try to get the adapters to connect.

I finally found a plug-in adapter that works for my early build 2019, it can do Apple CarPlay OR Android Auto. I use Android Auto.
