Waiting patiently for my macan to arrive, so I can’t be 100% sure, but they look like 4 standard 17mm lugs, and one ‘keyed’ lug. Check your spare/jack/toolkit for an adapter that will fit in a standard socket and fit over your keyed lug.
Should be a ABC53 / 17 Teeth / 20mm wheel lock key. As Mikesarge said above, the key is in your tool kit in under the rear cargo area. If you don't have one for some reason, dealer/Suncoast/Amazon have replacements readily available. The other 4 should be standard 17mm.

Unfortunately, you might be waiting a while, especially if you were one of the unlucky ones to have their car on the recent transport vessel that caught fire carrying Porsches. So sad.

Curious!
Have you used a 17mm socket on the wheel bolts on your Macan?
I've mounted/dismounted the sets of wheels on/off my Macan several times over the last few years - and the wheel bolts on my Macan require a 19mm socket!

Yeah i mean if you read my post (which you quoted to be snarky about), you can see that I don't actually have my macan yet... so, no, I haven't used a 17mm socket on any part of the car. But PM me your paypal and I'll buy you a cookie for being the smartest guy in the room and knowing it's a 19mm lug.
I already love this forum if this is how it's going to be. A guy comes in to the replies, willingly ignores the first half of a helpful post and uses it as an opportunity to act like he's a Porsche factory trained master tech because he's changed his wheels a couple times.
If you don't know the correct answer - and you DIDN'T - then the best thing to tell someone, who also doesn't know, is,
"I don't know.", rather than provide a guess. (Or simply, STFU.)
FACTS - not "alternate - it's what I believe - 'facts' "

So much for the "helpful" forum mechanism!
are you having a bad day?
The post helped the OP get the answer they needed, which wasn't even about the size of the standard lug, but about the keyed lug. Also, I did say that I didn't know for sure if it was a 17. Not sure why you've decided to lunge on me about this post, which by and large, was helpful and innocuous.
Grow up man. Good luck changing to your summer tires this spring, assuming you don't hire that out this go-around, lol.
EDIT: I can see now that this guy primarily posts troll-y garbage like this. done feeding him.
This took a wrong turn fast I'm happy to report that I found both sockets near the spare wheel. My previous car didn't have a spare, so I'm not used to having so many riches in the trunk. Thanks again!

Glad you got it sorted. Don't worry, you will always run across a loose canon on this site but the majority of folks here are generally helpful.
Do most people keep the anti theft lug or swap it for a regular one? I’ve swapped on our other cars
Swap it The only person the anti-theft lugs inconvenience is the owner. A wheel thief will use a gator grip pin socket and electric impact and it will be like it's no different from the others.

Don't bother trying to reply to the "experts" here on RL, they will diminish your words by not admitting they were wrong and often double down. Simply add the PSEE individual to your ignore list under the "User CP" button on the top right of the main header.
When I took delivery of my 2018 MACAN Turbo, I purchased four standard lug nuts from my dealer, installed them and tossed the locking lugs in the trash!
The "key" for that anti-theft lug is in the trunk. It's by the jack and lug wrench on the upper left. It should have a code on it. You can buy a matching key and bolt for around $20 from Porsche. I bought an extra one because I tend to lose things. Oddly enough, the bolt is more expensive than the key. If I remember correctly, the two of them together was only a few bucks more than the cost of the bolt alone. The keys come up on EBay sometimes. I believe Audi uses them too.
If you're going to be changing your wheels, you may wish to consider a socket with a protective plastic cover on the outside and a breaker bar. The socket with the cover will protect your wheels. The breaker bar will help unfasten the bolt. I carry them in the trunk.
