Default 2019 Calendar Synch Problems

Hoping for some help.

My 2019 perfectly synched with my iCloud calendar from 2019-2021. I could sit in my car, update my apple calendar and within seconds, the calendar on the PCM Apps would update. I had my Connect linked and the app worked perfectly both on my phone and on my PCM.

Around May of 2021, it stopped updating. 1-800-PORSCHE and the dealer don't know how to fix it. PCNA gave me a 75% refund on my annual Connect subscription and said the new "My Porsche" app would be out near Christmas and to see if that helped. Christmas has come and gone, and till no luck.

I have uninstalled the My Porsche app, delinked the phone from my PCM, and restarted PCM, my phone, etc. When I set up everything again, my iPhone requests access to my calendar. and I have turned calendar access on in the My Porsche app as well.

The calendar does appear, but it is still showing data from last summer and does not update.

Anyone experiencing the same thing or can anyone offer any help?

Thanks!

Nope. Gave up on it after 15 phone calls with zero call backs and no solution.

I let my Connect subscription lapse and now just use Car Play.

Yes. Pretty much the same issue here. Dealer and I were pulling out our hair trying to figure out where the issue lies. Tried different phones, different Macans. Issue persisted after upgrading from Connect to My Porsche apps.

After bouncing it back to PCNA, they had me download the My Porsche App, perform a sync and send them the data.

A few weeks ago, PCNA emailed to say they are working on a solution and will notify me when the app has been patched.

Stay tuned!

^^ My Porsche app updated to v. 4.0.1. I will download and see if that fixes this issue.
Update: Did not resolve.

Update: Recent correspondence with Porsche Customer Service indicates the aforementioned patch is being pushed out to the PCM and will be informed when it’s live. Will update here when that happens.

That is good news!

Now if they can just figure out how to get my maps to update, I’ll buy the annual subscription again.

Perhaps go to settings in iPhone—> scroll down to my Porsche app -> turn on calendar and contacts

That was one of the first things I checked. I also deleted and reloaded the app. Porsche Connect has never gotten back to me. Is it working for you?

I have the same issue with my Android too. The 2023 calendar has never synced since I bought the car.
I'm not sure if there are additional permissions that are being blocked.

Anyone have their calendar working with iPhone? Been a few years. It does appear that my iPhone shows up on two lines. The first line shows my iPhone with its name connected to phone and iPod. Another line just says iPhone and it is connected to the app. Perhaps this is causing the PCM to see it as two separate phones and the phone labeled iPhone does not have permissions to share/synch despite it being the same phone.
