We decided to pass on the Macan and go for a Volvo XC40 at $3K under invoice. About half the price of a Macan and better reliability. I wish the reliability was better with the Macan, to many nightmare stories.

What is your basis for Volvo has better reliability than Macan? I have spoken to Volvo and Porsche Service Managers since a friend was looking to buy one. The GM of a store told me "friends don't let friends buy Volvo's".

I was about to say, this person has probably never owned a volvo. One of the worst and least reliable cars I have ever experienced. Ever. This includes 1980s ford Escorts.
