Brake Pad Question

Good afternoon. Getting ready to replace the rear brake pads and rotors on my 2015 Porsche Macan S and I noticed that the new pads come in a box that had the pads, sensor wire and two bolts (see attached picture). Haven't started the job yet but was wondering why only two bolts and wondering where they go. Interestingly I have seen pictures of the ATE brake set and that came with 4 bolts. These are Porsche. I did watch a few videos online and still cannot figure this out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't know specifically about the Macan but those bolts look like what Porsche uses to secure the brake line and or sensor bracket to the suspension upright. If the other kit comes with 4 bolts and 2 of them have tapered heads, they'd be the ones that temporarily hold the rotor to the wheel hub before the lug bolts go in and really secure them.
