Did this sub-forum just dry up or what? How come nobody hardly posts here anymore?

No provocative pictures, perhaps?
I saw Bob R on Saturday; we had an Instruct the Instructor program (Ross Bentley spoke) here in MA (in conjunction with our neighbors in NH).
Ross was terrific - spoke from 9 AM until around 5 PM WITH A COLD and kept us entertained the whole time. Really good program content on how we learn/how to teach. Highly recommended.
Had fun catching up with Bob too (which I had to do verbally, as in the great tradition of HWFM I will never catch him on the track).

It's been quiet lately... can't wait to get back on the track.

Winter's almost over (at least down here)...

so expect this site to blossom in the Spring !!!

Our local BMW club's scheduled their Instuctors only meeting once again for mid Febuary.

but we don't have Ross Bentley.

Scott Leder is a good choice, too (as well as closer to home).

Scott Leder? A nice guy, but a supremo driving instructor? As I remember he was pretty pokey the last time I saw him at the Glen.

Larry's feeling grumpy this year. No racecar kind of does that to a guy.

I have the opposite problem Larry. A really expensive race car I'd rather not own. In this economy it's depreciated faster than a 3rd owner 996.

I admit not having a race car would depress the hell out of me.

When Obama got elected, I realized that I needed to to get back to work so that Herman could get his stimulus check. THerefore, no posty.

Well hurry the heck up, Bill. The Bush economy has left me so screwed over that I need it right away. In fact you guys can cut out the middleman and sent the checks directly to me. It's tax deductible too!

Add me to the list for direct mail.

Let's screw the middleman and eliminate Wall Street's

Handling Charge.

I'm still waiting to hear what the Obama economy is going to do for 99% of the posters on this board... The $8,000 first time homebuyer credit ain't exactly lighting a fire under things.
