Lifting a ban
I just had a phone conversation with SeanR.
I've always thought, though we've never met, that Sean was a great guy, judging from his posts. Our phone call proved that.
The post for which I banned Sean was meant innocently. When he explained it to me, I understood his intended meaning completely. I felt terrible when I understood what his intent was.
The problem was it could be read two ways. In the current atmosphere around here, I read and took it in it's other possible meaning.
That's the difficulty of the internet.
We don't get the cues that we get face to face to help us understand exactly what another is saying.
The ban is lifted. Sorry for the misunderstanding Sean.

No problem, it's the intranets and things can be misconstrued. I thought I was banned for another reason. It works out in the end.
Great talking to you this morning.

If all things here had been handled in the above way, then there would have been no problem.
Mistakes are OK and errors are fatal, an "error" is the failure to correct a mistake. (imo)
Great to see Mike and Sean work it put it behind them and move on. Kudos to you both.
Not everything off the track, needs to be a"power" play.
