A Thanksgiving miracle!
I don't think they wanted it for soup. Turtles, noted for their sexual prowess, are even more prized than rhino horn.

The exact same thing happens at my inlaws Thanksgiving dinners, every year!.

Off to the Brother-in-Law's new home today. They moved in to a 55 and older, "Active Adult community" last year, so there will be no lack of material today!
