Doesn't he know it's illegal to fly without a pilot's license?

During my inboard hydroplane racing days, when a drover got one of them airborne, usually resulting in an inside loop with a very bad landing, he was awarded with an engraved, framed pilot's license from our APBA region. Unfortunately, far too many were no longer around to receive the award.

Crest the top of the hill track left and follow the edge down the hill. Hint #1. There is a white "E" painted on the edge paint. Find it once to get sight picture for turn in. Round it out nice and smooth using almost constant steering input. Most cars need a little brake to set the nose and get the car turned in but it is a sweeper so steering input does not need to be abrupt. Be sure to get all the way in to the apex gator. You do not need to aim at the T5 turn in point as soon as you come past T4 apex. Take your time some, swoop around the corner and then get lined up and brake for T5. Many pinch T4 up too much. Open up as you pass the apex as needed. Low hp will need to open more than high hp as the hp speed will carry you over drivers left some. hint #2 do not lift if you are near apex, it is down hill you are light and you can come around in a not nice slow rotation speed but fast direction of travel spin. If you go in too hot, don't lift! Pucker up, open up, get the car square to travel and brake with all you got. At worst you will overshoot T5 and take a lumpy short cut to T8. (it is only a little lumper than T5 and T6 so it just might be faster)

disclamer. I am only a drover and this is only the opinion of a weekend wanna-b that does not wanna-b all too bad.

Here is a description as I drive The Chute.

At the exit of Turn 3, aim for the left-hand edge of the track where it disappears down the hill by the Black Flag station. At the crest of the hill, you'll begin to follow the left hand side of the pavement as you start down Turn 4 (The Chute.) The Chute is a very fast and scary right hander that leads downhill with precious little runoff room on either side. Taken correctly, it can save you quite a bit of lap time. When conditions permit (i.e.: car, driver, track, and weather optimal) this turn can be taken without braking, but you definitely need to work up to it gradually. Get any braking done before you turn in, and be back on the power at the entry point to transfer weight to the rear tires. Turn in from the extreme left edge of the track just as the edge of the asphalt veers sharply to the right (yes, it looks very early - there's a white paint mark there that will help you to find it) and clip the apex curbing gently at about the middle of its length. Your speed should carry the car out to the left edge of the track at the exit, which should be truly exciting if you've carried enough speed through the turn. The instant the car is straight, begin hard braking for Turn 5, the slowest turn on the course.

Take some care when exiting fully to the left side as sometimes it gets dirty and marble laden over there down near T5. The further to the left on exit the faster the corner to a point. Some ajustment by car and driver to conditions is needed at times. i like the chute, I have little hp but more grip and can drive it hard and sloppy and still come out with my car pointing in the right direction. I see more people pinch T4 than any other corner.

I was driving the black GT3 in video # 2. I don't know the last time you drove at the Point, but the track is braking up in turns 1, 5, and 6. So if I improve my line, I may be able to get a 1:19?
