First of all, you are a guest, not a prisoner. You are free to leave any time you wish. Just ask Deputy VR and he will take you through the release process! Second, we do not allow "guest abuse"....and I decide what is abuse and what isn't. So, you are in good hands!

There are many rules for the PCOC. One of the key tests "observed" is the ability, or lack thereof, to figure out these unpublished rules and follow them while a "guest" in the PCOC.

Boston, PCOC is like being married. When you get the rules figured out, they change. One thing to watch out for is "conjugal visits". Trouble is, VR gets to pick who visits!

But as you are learning, being suspected of violating Rule 2 in some ways is even worse.

Dr. Pain, you should know that BT is showing that he truly is a Benevolent Despot by calling for some defined limit to the time you stay in the PCOC (still yet to be determined).

If it were up to me (nothing usually is), I would treat the PCOC in the same manner as I would treat the Federal Prison System if I were in charge of that. You see, I would have only one prison cell in the entire country, and it would be the most plush cell one could imagine. It would include the finest meals, drink, hot and cold running women, etc.

Here is how the prison system would function....the first person to commit a Federal Crime would be put into this wonderful cell indefinitely. When the next person committed a crime, the first prisoner would be taken out of the fine cell and SHOT! The second prisoner would be put in the wonderful cell, indefinitely. When the next person committed a crime, the current prisoner would be taken out and SHOT! The new prisoner would be.....well, you get the simple way this system would work, right?

With my Federal Prison System, I would predict a lower crime rate, but I would guarantee a much lower food bill, Capiche?
