Well folks, the day is here! We have wrapped up development on our new Valvetronic Exhaust System for the GT4 (and 981 Boxster Spyder) and the results are simply sublime. As a thank you to all of our friends and supporters here on the forums, we're offering a ONE DAY ONLY exclusive pre-release opportunity!
Now... let's get to the good stuff! Fabspeed's new GT4 Valvetronic Exhaust System is the ultimate catback setup for the ultimate streetable track car. Injecting an additional 17 whp and almost 30 ft/lbs of torque (
) at 3600 RPM, this exhaust system completely transforms the powerband of these cars. We could go on, but the dyno graphs speak for themselves.
The two graphs below show the additional power that the Valvetronic Exhaust System provides on top of our Race Headers and Sport Headers. (Please note that you DO NOT need upgraded headers to experience the incredible gains from this system. The gains seen in these graphs are consistent with what you could expect with the OEM headers, although the overall horsepower figures would not be as great.)

When combined with Fabspeed's Race Headers, this new Valvetronic Exhaust System allows you to push 375 whp out of your GT4!
We will have a more detailed video for you shortly, but here is the teaser:

This system includes premium carbon fiber shrouded tips which fit the rear bumper of the GT4 like a finely tailored suit.

Sounds good in the teaser!
But would really like to see the a dyno with the factory headers.
Does the car in the video have the exhaust and headers?

FYI for all of you weight-conscious enthusiasts and track junkies: The Valvetronic Exhaust System shaves 7lbs off of the car compared to the OEM exhaust!

We're thankful for the period of time we had with our development GT4, giving us ample time not only to produce the best possible exhaust components, but to film them as well!
Below is a video we produced featuring our Sport Headers and new Valvetronic Exhaust System. I crammed in a great amount of clips to give you a good idea of what driving this setup would be like. Enjoy!
We will be working to get footage of a Race Header + Valvetronic Exhaust System combination as well as the Valvetronic Exhaust itself. If you are local to us in Fort Washington, PA, and either setup interests you, let's chat!

will be in touch once delivery happens.. I'll have the loudest Spyder on the road LOL.
hopefully you come up with some header+exhaust deals ;-D..
looks like really beautiful work, and the power gain, especially the midrange torque gains are very impressive... I didn't know that much could be gained from a NA engine!!!!
shows how much is locked up in this one!

Can you guys do another video with this exhaust and the race header? Looking at the dyno, the results between the race and street header are almost identical. Can't decide which way I'd go.

![Confused](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)
With the race headers it shows 18.77 whp & 27.44 ft/lbs gain and with the sport headers it shows 12.29 whp & 17.96 ft/lbs gain, both at 3600 rpm.
How can this be advertised, by implication, as 17 whp & almost 30 ft/lbs gain at 3600 rpm with just the exhaust and the rest being factory parts? I think a dyno with factory parts and the exhaust would help to clear this up.

agree. I don't think the exhaust alone will add as much to a stock setup if the headers/cats are a limiting factor - as the data so far seems to imply.
That said, it seems that the sport headers need the FAB exhaust in order to overcome loss of hp or torque at certain rev ranges of just going with the sport headers

Again ending the dynos 900 rpm before fuel cut. One is temped to infer the curves past that point do not look flattering...

apology if this has already been covered, but are these graphs showing the hardware upgrades coupled with some kind of ecu upgrade like cobb accessport, or are these just with headers and exhaust?
noticing on another thread that there are significant gains with just using the cobb accessport, without even adding the fabspeed.. any thoughts to trying the two together to see what happens? i'm actually shocked at the power gains of the cobb by itself on an NA engine. what else is hiding in these motors?
