Or move all the GT4 race series content to a separate thread for the people that want to discuss it.

718 Club Sport discussions are relevant here as the major features will give us insight to the street car.

And once there is actual information, fine. Discussion on the GT4 engine rules and the ongoing back and forth surrounding that topic are not relevant. At least, that was my perspective.

Depends on the mower and the race series?

Just ignore users. Once you do that, you do not receive any email notifications from that user, nor do you have to see their repetitive, pointless drivel.

At least you got to admit we are getting better at pointless discussions....just go back a couple hundred posts.

1 year, 2 years, possibly 3?

And will there be a 4rs that follows?

Thanks
the 981 GT4 managed to squeeze 3 seasons. So i assume the 718 GT4 will squeeze three seasons. So 2019, 2020 and 2021 until a new 2022 car is launched.

GT4RS might be dependant on 718 GT4 sales. If they do make something like it, it will not be talked about until they pull the trigger late 2020 to kill off the remaining tubs. I think it is still a whisper and just coffee machine talk at PAG. I have the Porsche cleaning ladies in full force looking for intel

My lawn mower does wheelies from a standstill. I have no idea why this wasn't mentioned during the sales process, but I was pretty happy when I accidentally figured this out.

The CS cost came in very well for 2019.
About the same as the 2017 MR but with SRO evo updates and spares included! So much appreciated from Porsche.
This leads me to believe that the street car price point should be around the same price as the 981 GT4 street car. (Save for 3 years inflation and what ever new bolt on parts are added) The tubs are the same so cost sharing might be passed down as savings to the customer. This would make trading a 981 to a 718 something to consider.

the 981GT4CS is no longer accepted in IMSA GT4 racing. So all entries are the new 718GT4CS. Some teams have two cars. They might not run the second car however.
