Dealer buyback email
This a first for me, but its also my first GT car.
Received email from dealer expressing interest in buying my car once I decide to replace it.
Anybody else have that experience?

I haven't received such an email but I'm not surprised. They are counting on buyers that get bored with a car quickly and can't be bothered having the patience to sell it themselves. They will offer a reasonable amount and resell it easily for a profit, especially when they know most have low miles.
I've gotten a letter like this for every car I've bought. Not even Porsche. Dealers just use this as a tool to generate leads to sell you a new car.
Also what mooty said. They give you the lowest of lowball offers then make a pile of cash marking up your car.
Just remember whenever a dealer reaches out to you to do you a favor you're really just getting hosed.

Mooty I love it when you talk dirty.

I got an email from a dealership to swap my Spyder for a GT4. Heck no! The GT4 was uselessly optioned at was going for 120k! I had originally gone for a GT4 but they deemed me not cool enough to get an allocation. I ended up getting a Spyder at another dealership and then the original dealership kept pestering me about new overpriced GT4s. The behavior is ridiculous.
I get those in email and letter from my dealer from time to time. Just want to be sure they are servicing your needs and they have good line to get you into something new and take back what you have. It is not GT specific!

No flame, but this posts sounds like way too much kool-aide consumption or someone in a sales capacity.
Yes I have received similar emails but only after 3 or so years after the fact. None ever this close to purchase/delivery date.
