Ohhh are you the brave one? Did you make a change today and it didn't impact your lwb?

I heard it takes a few days for porsche to confirm changes. Is that true?

Two things may disqualify me from this discussion. One, I'm a first time Porsche buyer so am not intimately familiar with their configuration and ordering process; and two, I did not spec LWBs. So, perhaps the build sheet I was given at the time I made the changes had yet to be confirmed by the folks in Germany. I had assumed the build sheet she printed for me was confirmation.

Price update error. See below:

Anyway, I went over to the dealership to speak to the manager and he wasn't able to print out the build sheet because it generated a "price update error" which I saw for my own eyes. I did also see that it's v200 w/the LWB, a freeze date of 1/26 (changed from the 16th) and a delivery date of April 15 (changed from the 29th). The manager will email me as soon as the build sheet is available.

Here's some eye candy. This "Sold" GT3 RS was there the last time I went over (12/24). I'm surprised it hasn't been picked up yet.

I have a list of a few things I'm going to buy for it. I'll wait until my GT4 has arrived.

Such as? The only things I've gotten, all in advance, have been:

- Clear LED side markers
- Tarett caliper stud kit (during group buy)
- Tarett brake line bracket stud kit
- Mobil 1 5W-50 (changed at 1300 miles)
- Castrol SRF
- PFC 11 pads
- Frunk liner (more like a bucket, for transporting track gear, particularly fluids and things that can leak like a jack)

I contemplated getting the NavTV Kit camera ahead of time but am glad I didn't because at the moment I'm inclined to forego it entirely.

Good list!

So far I have:
-Clear LED Side Markers if my dealership doesn't swap them out
-Porsche OEM hood and side stripes
-Red Painted Key Trim
-Leather/Alcantara Key Case
-GT4 Indoor Car Cover
-GTS Clear tail lights
-Porsche Crest Alcantara Console Lid (Cheaper at suncoast and I get to keep the original Alcantara console lid w/red stitching)
-Tow Hook License Plate Holder
-Fabspeed Race Headers
-Cobb Tuning Accessport

Nice list yourself!

Good call on getting the key case with the painted sides. I love the look of the painted fob but knew it would get scratched up in my pocket since I wouldn't want to carry a key case around. I'm also wondering how it will hold up on the GT4 since it doesn't have keyless start, but my regular fob doesn't seem to have any scratches on it from those insertions and removals.

But a license plate holder??

Yep, the perils of living in the NYC area, constant bridge and tunnel crossings with police scrutinizing all the cars...
