Congrats!

GT4 does not have launch control.

Sport Chrono adds the clock and access to more data displays, such as lap times. It has no effect on performance.

My understanding is that while it does not have launch control per se, if you push in the clutch and floor the throttle it will rev at a the prefect rpm to give you the best launch when you release the clutch.

That is sort of launch control. Haven't done it on mine but pretty sure I have read that somewhere.

I believe I read somewhere if clutched in at a stop and you hammer the throttle it'll rev and hold at 5k. At which point you drop and go. Think others were mentioning epic amounts of wheel hop when you do this though.

Wow, with a Caps-Locked thread title like this, I thought the OP would be proclaiming that he'd discovered launch control and sharing with the rest of us how to engage it. OP, perhaps "Cayman GT4 Launch Control?" would have been a better title.

Launch at 3k and wheel hop:

Doesn't show proof of launch control holding RPMs to me. 5K is asking for trouble IMHO but I haven't tried launching mine yet as I am still in break in. And probably only will off the line at Autocross.

Yep , why the wheelhop ; this is weird , for autocross ,time attack races we launch front 0 in our track . Maybe the gearing !

This is my car i could not change anything . I was doubting for the sport chrono - now i know it would not do anything important and iam not convince in the black wheels hope they look fine in real view.
