I know there's a thread already somewhere from two weeks ago, for some reason it's not loading on my app! So I'll just start one for a quick question I'm remembering some are able to get approved for LWB. For the ones with V200 any suggestions how yours went thru? My dealership is constantly telling me my Feb order isn't approving with LWB. However, other dealerships that are asking me if I want theirs are promising me they can get approved with LWB? I'm a bit confused lol

There is no trick to it - I watched my dealer use the build application a few days ago when he modified my order. You click the options, press the complete button and then the application queries a central server and the build is processed. About 10-15 seconds later, the build sheet is populated and the vehicle status is indicated in the upper right hand corner.

I have a February build, not sure of the date, with an April 1 delivery. I have the LWB's and am V200.

Is it true Porsche can cancel the seats close to production for the car even if you have v200 right now ?

I dont think a feb build will get the LWBs. You need to bump back to March or later. I was originally a DEC lock with JAN build and had to move to March/April to get the buckets.

My SA told me that all build after Jan 2016 are approved for LWBs. Im V200 but my build isnt until April/May. Then again, Porsche can say "screw everyone" last minute.... it wont be the first time...

Like I said, I'm a February build with LWB. I don't know when they start becoming available, but they say I'm good as of now.

I just v200'd a Jan build today with lwb so your dealer is doing something wrong.

No, we need another LWB thread to that others can chime in and tell us why they are not getting LWBs and that we are selecting LWBs because of this forum and/or peer pressure...

Mine is an end of Dec/early Jan build with LWB's. Order locks Friday.

incorrect as of last week. all car now orderd can hav LWB, inc december build, again this is personally verified.

why dont you disclose who your dealers is so i can educate him?
he is either lying or not equipped with the latest info.

that said, you can get bucekt wiht V200, it can be cancelled any time until it's built.
