OK, now I'm really getting frustrated with the Sport Chromo and the Track Precision App. I have been to two track weekends and have not been able to get the app to work either weekend (yes, I have read all the posts by nur93). My SA was at the track and he does not know any GT4 drivers who have managed to get the app to work, and the dealership has no clue how to fix it.
When I went to IOS9 I had to dump the app and reload it. It then started to communicate with the car, loaded the track, hit the big start button...nothing happened. I would start lemon law complaint, but I'm sure not giving this car back. Have any of you managed to get the app to work?

Eventually they will make it work. But the functionality VS price is insulting and they don't even supply video capability like Chevy does have.
I don't have it and it's retrofitable, so using Harry's for now until VBOX HD comes out.
If they ever get it fixed (probably by the time the 992 comes out as Porsche always fixes everything on the next model) let's hope it will work with 991 hardware.

He probably knows more than Porsche about this app?

Its kind of hard to help out like on internet, hands on at track is More easy. Best help I can give is My thread. But its long and sure some info will not be easy to find. But most is in ther.
What I can tell is when app did not start For me, well it was always My own fault. I did forget to load correct track For instant. Came from one track and forget to load next. And when you create own track via car, fine but dont forget to accyally then after this to chose that track!
As well next easy to miss issu is this. When you press start on app then you must reach the starting point within 2min, if you fail it will not start. Then need to press again. So always sett or check that starting point is close to where you enter out on track, then its easy to go over starting line within 2 min. If you put starting point far of Pit, well you then press start in Pit and depending on how many cars waiting in line to go out of Pit the 2min will fly past and by the time you get to set starting point its past 2min and you must press start again. I know For a fact many bum out on this accually.
Next easy to miss is when Done lap, you must press save or else lap/video will not show.

I must also say that app did not start when i download the new iOS a few days prior to manthey trackday 25 sep. Went to several different tracks before that and all god. At manthey track day It did not start and I had no time to get rid of app and download again to try. So iOS was For sure the issu then. Hence after this its winter time here coming so not tested car after this. But I am sure I get it going again when spring is coming in end of april.
