if vendors want to get the calipers and 18" wheels to work get the package out soon.
i may have my car sold by next week. i already had it for 6 days.
lets move it.
i already bought 3 sets of 19" wheels and sold 1 set.
so going to 18" would need some SERIOUS convincing.
23 pages and i see no products.

OZ Leggera HLT as affordable off-the-shelf solution?
I have been looking for a potentially cheaper set of 19” wheels for the track that can be abused without worrying about them too much. Non custom wheels seem limited and the custom ones are very expensive. I am not trying to be the utmost fastest guy out there, just having fun and with practicality, cost and reliability probably the highest priorities.
Tirerack has the OZ Leggera HLT’s available in 19” for $1800 for the complete set. Fronts are 8.5” and rears are 10”. Offsets work and with the rear 10” it won’t need spacers, which I hate, as the 11" rear will need with the stock offset.
On this set I would be looking at tire options in R7’s of 235/295 and/or Cup 2’s in 245/255 front and 295 rear.
Not optimal as 265 tire front is probably ideal and ideally you also want 10.5” rim in back, but it takes custom wheels to do that and 295 tire will fit on 10” rear.
The more I look at this option it seems very feasible as an affordable, off the shelf alternative if you don’t want to go custom, or want to deal with spacers. Am I missing something?

I ran an OZ Alleggerita in 18" for years in a 987. This has become almost the "Standard" 987 track wheel. Mine held up to lots of curb jumping and the wheels have good resale value. I'm looking at OZ in 19" for the GT4 and am hoping someone tries 18" with 997.2 calipers.
