Never mind Hoosier, I'd like to see the appropriate sizes in an NT-01. They may not be the fastest tires, but they last and last and last.

The following pic is of a BBS 19" wheel with a 56mm offset and a 305 tire. See the interference in the blue circles.

A 19x10.5" ET44 gives 12mm more clearance than an 11" wheel with same offset (6mm more than your picture), which would likely be enough to clear both interference spots.

Nice pic. Assuming that is an 11" wide wheel, this furthers my point of why a 10.5" wheel is probably more ideal, because it will give more inner clearance, but also not stick out past the wheel well on the outside, or require extreme camber to tuck inside the outer wheel well.
A 19x10.5" ET50 gives 12mm more clearance than an 11" wheel with same offset (6mm more than your picture), which would likely be enough to clear both interference spots.

To get 1/2" (12mm) more clearance to the inside, using a 10.5" wheel it must have a ET44 offset. 1/4" (6mm) clearance from half the less width and 1/4" (6m) from the less offset, moving the outer edge outward 1/4" (6m) to the stock location and an inner clearance of 1/2" (12mm).
That is why when they tried the 11" with ET44 is stuck out. The outer edge moved 1/4" (6mm) out.

We have four customers with GT4's on order, two of which have already been delivered. Based on those numbers, I thought it worthwhile to purchase a pair of BBS CH-R wheels in 19x8.5" and 11" widths for test fitment as well as spacers in 5, 7, 10 and 15mm. Speculation is great, but there is nothing like bolting a wheel up and take some actual measurements!
We also had the pleasure of playing host to the guys at Forgeline wheels who visited us to get some fitment data for their upcoming wheel release.
Based on test fitments with our pair of BBS CH-R's and the wheels supplied to us by Forgeline for test fitment we can confirm that a 8.5-9.0 front wheel will fit with an offset in the 44-50 range and a 19x11 rear wheel will fit with an offset in the 44-46 range.

This wheel sits 4mm outboard of the factory fitment, a negligible difference as far as fender clearance is concerned. We later test fit a Forgeline supplied 19x11 +44 with a 295/35/19 Hoosier R7. Fitment and clearances looked good on all critical body and suspension components.

But using Hoosiers R7 will bring up another question. Since those are track tires requiring a different camber how are you solving the rear toe link issue once camber exceeds 1.5 degrees? Would be interesting to hear what parts you used to replace the OEM part with.

Those pics also show that, assuming you can find a 18" wheel to clear the front brake caliper (which I think is possible), then a 18x10.5" ET44 will easily fit the rear, allowing 18" tires.
If mine was going to be track car, I would probably work this angle, and use 245-40-18 and 275-40-18 Nittos. I'd happily give up a little rear grip to use NT01's.

I stopped in at TPC Racing yesterday afternoon, and asked about 19" rim fitment. They are starting to look into making a special version of their rear toe links for GT4s that will clear a 19x11 rim with the same-as-stock offset. It looks like it will be pretty easy, with only one part needing to be modified.

For 19x10.5", which I still believe is an even more sensible answer for a dual purpose car, the ET44 will work perfectly.

That still isn't ideal, as the wheel will still be too close the the shock. An aftermarket toe link will be a track necessity, but for 19x11" wheels, you are still going to have to run a slightly lower offset which gives more inside clearance. Something in the 44-46 range is probably going to be the sweet spot. With the additional camber, the wheel will tuck in perfectly.
For 19x10.5", which I still believe is an even more sensible answer for a dual purpose car, the ET44 will work perfectly.
