I love my Leggera HLTs. Bought them for my 911, Boxster GTS, and GT4. Track/autocross wheels for the GTS and GT4; winter wheels for the 911.

Default Need help with wheel fitment

Hey guys, I'm thinking about getting the OZ Ultraleggera HLT 19x8.5 +53mm and 19x11 +40mm. Will I have rubbing issues? Everything is stock with .5" lowered all around. Thanks in advance

Just read all this, I am looking at using the BBS GT4 spec wheel which is an 18" Front Axle 9J ET41 Rear Axle 10.35J ET47.5, going to move to the PFC brake system also our shop will make a kit for it. Not sure how fitment will work yet but we will get to that.

I'm pretty sure there is a plug and play PFC brake system that doesn't require custom fab brackets. Contact TPC for this. The only caveat is that it is $$$.

Have them on my GT4. No problems with rubbing or anything else.

Anyone selling their BBS E88 set of wheels by chance? Figured I'd ask here since I see several track guys running them.

By way of follow-up and full disclosure, based on the current availability of tires, the 8.5/ 10 Ultraleggeras have presented a challenge. The only workable fit short of the grossly overpriced and likewise underperforming Cup 2’s, I have found are the Toyo 888r’s in 245/35/19 and 295/30/19. Haven’t tried them yet, but I will soon.

I've been bugging Apex to offer their full forged monoblock in 19x9, 19x10.5 fitment, same as their 19" SM-10 wheels. If you want a high quality, strong flow-formed 19" wheel, the Apex SM-10's are the ticket. Racers have been club racing on Apex flow formed wheels for years with great results.

If I were in the market for wheels now, I'd 100% be buying the Apex SM-10. Once the EC7R monoblock is released (no info yet), that will also be another great option for forged at a great price. They already offer it in 18", so should be easy to size it up to 19". I just sent them another email yesterday asking about this very subject on ETA.

Those triple 8s work nice for the first few sessions, then they are bandsaw loud for the rest of the weekend.
