It was great to meet everyone today. It was an excellent drive with some awesome cars! I will continue to post pictures in this thread as I go through them but to start off here is one of the Voodoo Blue GT4.

Ha! I'll let the kids learn that stuff. I'm old so this will probably be my last job before retirement. I can't deal with learning more stuff anymore, I've had it! LOL.

I just want to drive and take photos but the old hard working Pete is having a hard time letting things go.

Was out getting some more break-in miles on my car this AM and I ran across a caravan of 356s. Drove with them until they stopped for coffee and snapped a few quick photos. Enjoy!

 

Still bummed about missing yesterday so I drove the route today and met Don along with another 987 owner.

I wanted to take the GT4 so bad but I had frost on the car this morning. Not wanting to wait until it warmed up later due to the traffic, I took my "other" car with winter tires to the run.

After I got back home at 3PM I managed to take the GT4 out for a 20 mile loop of Staten Island in bumper to bumper traffic. Didn't feel the same however. I won't bore you with photos of the empty parking lot at the meet point.

At the risk of deja-vu, wouldn't the location of our first meet at the base of the GWB be equidistant for many folks? Let's hear some more ideas. And I'm putting in for a vacation day for Monday, 12/14 just in case I get home late on Sunday...
