Oh and a heads up to all the locals I know it's short notice but a couple of friends are meeting up tomorrow at speed raceway to do some indoor go karting on the mega track

My car finally made it across the pond! Hit Davisville this AM. Now, the wait to see how long it takes for transport to the dealership.

Almost my twin but in GT Silver. Can't wait to get them side by side. Hope the port is moving quickly and the transporter as well

OK, just received confirmation that my dealer has my NY State registration and will FedEx it to me tomorrow. This means the Saturday drive is back on for me.
Meeting at Ross Dock picnic area at the base of the GWB around 9AM, then we head north to 7 Lakes Drive, Storm King Highway and a spot on the river I know for some more photos.
Then if we're not too tired, get some BBQ at a riverfront spot in Newburgh.

Even if you don't have time for the drive, come out to the Ross Dock meet point to say hello. If you have FRS radios, please bring them. I'm planning to get some rolling shots of the cars on the road and having a radio will be much better than hand signals!
Don't worry, I've done this type of stuff before and won't take any unnecessary chances...

It turns out I may be able to join for some of the morning portion and then break off prior to lunch. I will confirm before Saturday. I would likely meet you guys up the river a bit depending on how things work out...
