Default 918 Cs to GT4 Clubsport

I just purchased a 2014 981 Cayman S that I'm wanting to upgrade to be close to a Clubsport. This car will not be used on the street and will mostly be used for DEs (and potentially time trials, etc). I'm looking for opinions on where to source parts. Everything from suspension, to aero, to safety, to engine and telemetry.

Who makes better suspension components? BBI, Tarett, TPC Racing, etc?
Who does the best 3.4 to 3.8+ conversion?

I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

For engine swraps, hard to beat BGB. They did both my cars and they have been flawless.

Where are you located? Lots of great shops, I would pick one that is close since it's that's a big project, not a one and done deal to set-up, tune, and operate a seriously modded car.....

The car is in Houston but I'm willing to ship it if needed.

This is what I did to my 2014 981S which is purely for track (although still street legal)
Brombacher catless headers and exhaust (I would also call BGB and ask about their recommendation)
IPD plenum
FVD tune
TPC tractive suspension. A little pricey, especially if your car doesn't have PASM now, but very worth it. You don't have to be an expert and setting up coilovers with this suspension.
I put a GT4 nose and components on the front of my car. Better cooling and aero.
Getty GT3 rear wing.
Upgraded brakes. 991S calipers in front, 996T calipers rear. Giro 350mm rotors. I would take a serious look at the kit from Essex.
Guard LSD with custom installed diff cooler.
Race Tech seats.
If you are doing time trials, make sure you get a harness bar that meets NASA requirements.
I gutted the interior of my car and installed a lightweight AGM battery.

Thanks! That's great info! I plan on stripping my interior and putting a full cage in it.

Does anyone have an opinion on suspension components? Who makes the best stuff? BBI, Tarett, TPC Racing, RSS, etc?

Might be easier and less expensive to just buy a Clubsport.
