718 GT4?

The speculation just seems to be never ending.

He isn’t right if he’s guessed all the multiple choice answers. He also has stated it could be a 4.0l, 3.0l and 2.5l turbos... he’s covered all his bases..

IF the engines are different a turbo 4 would be the most likely based on "completely different engine". I wouldn't consider a 4.0 completely different unless it is truly a one off just for the GT4, or the GT3's, both of which are unlikely given the price point. And as most have stated, the turbo 6 wouldn't/shouldn't fit.

‘There should be 4 variants of GT4 one is a race car and one is a open top.
2 different engines, 3 share one...’
the one is the RS

Whoa....a lot happens in one afternoon!
I'm just gonna give you guys a hint here for the engine issue: Look at the SRO/RACB homologation process.
IMO this engine is a nice upgrade from the precious 981 one.....remember PAG doesn't look at mods you can do to a car. Of course you can mod a 981 GT4 to almost the same level but by their standards it's a pretty nice bump in power from a stock 981 GT4.

The only credible sources are the race car owners/drivers. Whoopsy being one, and now the guys who have seen and worked on the new club sports for the past few weeks.

True. His only contention is that the street model's engine can be different from race, which seems likely. However, wrong about the specifics, which aren't public info anyway.

???
so 4 cars, they just launched 2 CS version , competition and track day. Add gt4 + spyder for the drop top. Spyder is more likely to get a lower outputs engine as usual. Mystery solved. Rs unlikely at this point but even more unlikely is a different engine in the street car. Don't know where you guys are finding this other than a troll with no basis or knowledge

No mystery. He was talking about GT4, GT4 CS, GT4 RS and Spyder. The 3 same engines with the RS supposedly having the GT3's 4.0 with pdk.
