718 Clubsport Dyno Results
I had my 718 CS Trackday dyno'd today. See attached graph.
The HP numbers came out a little higher than I expected, based on other 718 CS dyno graphs I'd seen online. No engine mods at all. Standard dyno test on a DynoJet.
Results:
Max HP at the wheels: 406.72
Max Torque: 308.12

Just dyno'd my new 718 CS at Dundon Motorsports see the attached results. Upper results were from a modified 718 GT4 and the lower were from the CS. 398 whp. Very difficult to improve on these without mods to the bottom diffusers. The headers are short and to make long tube headers for more power presents many challenges. The Cats are open 100's so little restriction.

Upper Line is from a 981 GT4 with our D4 package on it. The lower line is the 718GT4 Clubsport stock.
The car needs specific length headers to make power, and the rear section muffler is specific to the CS with additional brackets needed that the 718 Street cars don’t have.

Wow...Nice...Would be nice to get another 50-75HP out of mine (not racing - DE days only).
Wonder what a stock 981 CS makes? 30 or so less? Mine is stock...But the OEM header cracked so I installed a set of Fabspeed headers. No tune, etc. Curious to if mine is making any more than stock, etc.

Our intake runners and a tune make a big difference
Here’s the comparison of stock to others headers to ours for your info...

Can I ask how you guys pulled the RPM for the dyno? Took mine (718 CS Competition) to get power readings, and they couldn't figure out how to get a good RPM signal. And these are guys who work race weekends regularly and do compliance dynos at the track. We tried a few things, including looking at the wiring diagrams and finding the ignition wires in the loom and hooking up to them, but nothing seemed to work. Any help would be appreciated!
