Wow, if anyone ever needed evidence as to why i-drive systems are here to stay, that interior is it! I can't believe the same group that designed the simple and elegant 993/997 interior designed that monstrosity! It looks like the dash designer holds equity in a buttons company...

You may be onto something there Mooty. If that thing is actually capable of sub-orbital flight on 93 octane, I might be able to get past the looks.

looking at that I rather get frustrated with playing around with I-drive on the bmw. That's way to busy. I need sunglasses both day/nite if I had to drive that. Even Christmas tree lites will pale in comparison to that driving in the evening. Mike

Come on guys, this is Porsche! They need to make their money off the options. This is akin to the Hyundai-esque plastic interior they offered as standard on the 996. Everyone immediately ticked off the full-leather option. For the Panamera, the first option you'll tick off the list is *****, the Porsche Entertainment and Navigation I-drive System...

what a huge flop this is looking like for Porsche... car is butt ugly inside and out...

I will reserve true judgment for a real life viewing, but as of now... I just cannot believe this got the green light...

+1 on the Maserati...
